Today on Organic Eats we made some yummy Peanut butter granola bars! RECIPE: 1/2 Cup Maple syrup 2 1/2 cups Gluten Free Rolled Oats 1 cup Peanut Butter Combine peanut butter and maple syrup in a mixing bowl and pour into a pot over medium heat. Allow mixture to heat up a little bit and then combine with oats. Pour mixture into baking pan with parchment paper. Push mixture down tightly into pan. Put in freezer for 30 minutes and then enjoy!
