No expensive equipment is needed here! Here are 50 Glider exercises using only body weight. A simple piece of exercise equipment to add another challenge to current workouts. Gliders can be implemented to work on arms, legs, glutes and complete core. As you will see in this video, I enjoy combining traditional and innovative movements into one exercise. Paper towels or hand towels can be used as an alternative if discs are not accessible.
