15 MINUTE AB WORKOUT
A HIIT, no equipment 15 minute abs workout! I try to do this most days but sometimes I also like eating crisps in bed, life is about balance.

– TRIANGLE CIRCUIT (as fast as you can, 10 reps each): sit-ups, Russian twists, crunches, toe touch crunches, toe touch crunches, crunches, Russian twists, sit-ups.
