Here are a couple of ab exercises to do with a partner to keep your training fun and interesting. The High Five sit ups work the central abs, while the scissors and leg circles work the obliques, lower abs and hip flexors which help unify the core for better and stronger kicks and punches. A great way to start these is doing 3 sets of 20 GO FOR IT!!!!
