What’s going on guys! In today’s video, I’m gonna be showing you a weighted 6 pack ab workout you can try out to help you get stronger, more defined, visible abs! You’ll only need one dumbbell for this workout so pick a weight that’s appropriate for you (form is always more important so pick a weight you can control)
✅Perform 3 sets of 10 for each exercise below
⏰Rest 45 Seconds between each set

3️⃣ Behind-Head Dumbbell Crunch’
