This is a Bicep/Tricep arm workout I did on 10/28/11
Keep in mind I never keep the same workouts every time in my arm routine I like to switch it up. Here you will see your basic cable rope pushdown, concentration curls, incline dumbbell curls, hammer curls, skull crushers, overhead triceps press, dips, preacher curls, you get the point haha.
