Arm Workout Challenge | #AprilArms | Day 03 | Walnut Crushers



One month to stronger, leaner, more toned arms. Summer’s coming, and you’ve got to get those arms in shape for tank tops. Join me for one arm workout a day for 30 days, and feel the difference by the end of the month!

These easy home workouts can be done any time of day. Ideally, add them to your daily workout to amplify the burn. If you’re doing only this workout, do AT LEAST 5 rounds of this.

Start with 15 reps per set, and try and add 5 reps each set.

Don’t forget to stretch after!
