A2: INCLINE ZOTTORMAN CURLS 3 X 12….TEMPO ALL 3sets @2sec,

B1: SKULL CRUSHERS 3 X 12… TEMPO @2sec all 3 sets
B2: BANDED OVER EXT 3 X 12 …. TEMPO @3sec eccentric all 3 sets

C1: DB PREACHER CURLS x 3 SETS
1set x 15 @2sec tempo
2nd x 12 @3sec tempo

C2 RESISTANCE BAND PREACHER 3 X 10 .. all 3sets @2-3sec Tempo

D1: TRICEPS BENCH DIPS X 3 SETS

E: DB BICEP X 1 DROP SET
