Here is a very effective Arm Workout that will make your arms GROW! This workout will only take you about 50-60 minutes and can be done 1-3 times a week. Here is the Full Workout Routine.
1) Weighted Chin-Ups 3 Sets x 8-10 reps + Drop Sets x 8-10 reps
1) Weighted Dips 3 Sets x 8-10 reps + Drop Set
2) Barbell Killer 21’s x 2 Sets 7/7/7
2) E-Z Curl Bar Extensions + Close Grip Press 3 Sets x 6-8 + 15-20 reps
3) Seated Dumbbell Advance Hammer Curls 3 Sets x 5/5/5 reps
3) Dumbbell Overhead Extensions 3 Sets x 10-12 reps!!
4) Preacher Curl 1 Set x 5 reps 1-2-3 on the way up and 1-2-3 on the way down + 15 speed reps + 5 reps counting 1-2-3-4-5 at the top of each rep while squeezing biceps!
4) Dumbbell Kickbacks 50 Total Reps!!!
5) Dumbbell Wrist Curls 3 Sets x 60 seconds + 2 Plate Squeeze and hold until failure (if you have a workout partner have them to pull the weights down to add more resistance.
6) Hanging Leg Raises w/ medicine ball 3 Sets x Failure
7) Plank w/ feet on medicine ball 2 minutes total time.
