SUP FAM!…So I decided to finally get my gym membership and bring you guys along with me. My workout routines vary on the days since i like to go up and down on the weight and instead of 3 sets i do 4. On light days i usually keep my reps between 15 and 20 and on heavy days between 8 and 12 reps. Keep in mind you are what you eat and nutrition plays a huge part. My meals range between 2 to 3 times a day in moderate portions to avoid weight gain. I workout to stay in shape and healthy and noncompetitive reasons. I highly recommend using the weight lifting hooks and active hands gripping gloves if you have limited to no hand function and youre planning to workout alone. Its accessible and fairly easy to use.
