Perfect arm workout when your short on time! This quick routine will sculpt and tone your arms. Grab a pair of weights, I am using 5lbs but you can choose whatever weight you are comfortable with. Remember your form is key, so if the weight is too heavy and you are compromising form then you should go lighter. Form is KEY.
