Resistance Band Arm Workout Season 1 Vlog 2


You can do a resistance band arm work out from your car or anywhere really. Just half an hour through the day will be like a gym weights workout. Do 8- 10 of each exercise and about 3-4 sets of each. I am vlogging my own fitness journey. I don’t claim to be an expert but I’m working out with weights and bands 5 days a week and seeing a big difference in fat loss and toning. In my 20’s I was a black belt karate instructor. I’m finding my way back to fitness. Join me on my journey if it resonates 🙂
