Hi all! Enjoy my no equipment necessary glute isolation workout at home or in the gym ! FULL WORKOUT BELOW:
1. Single Leg Hip Thrusts (don’t let your legs touch the floor) 4 sets, 15 reps each leg
2. Leg Kickback & Fire Hydrant Complex = 1 rep. 3 sets of 15 each leg
3. Laying Leg Lifts 3 sets of 15-20 reps
4. Crab Walk Squats 3 sets of 20 reps each side
5. Squats w/ Side Leg Lifts 3 sets 15 each leg
6. Reverse Lunge w/ Leg Kick Backs 3 sets of 12 reps
