This butt and shoulder workout in the gym had my booty on fire! I love those butt workouts that target your glutes perfectly and really have you working hard. If you’re ready for an amazing, difficult and intense butt workout – this is it!
In the shoulder workout portion, we focus on rear delts. When you work out your rear delts, make sure to perform all the motions very slowly and in a controlled manner. Do not swing your weights. Use lower weights for rear delt exercises.
This workout includes a warm-up, glute activation using the bands, and the butt workout and shoulder workout.

If you want me to do a glute activation video separately – let me know! It’s such a great way to grow your glute muscles and get stronger in the glutes.
