Curtsy lunge 3 X 24
Cable deadlifts 3 X 12-15
Hip thrusts 3 X12-15
Seated side leg press 3 X 12 on each leg
Glute kickbacks 3 X 12
Hip abductors 3 X 12-15 (last set until failure)
