Max Squats plus Leg Workout June 2016| SnapChat Stories

Elvis and Bri attempt to improve their squat maxes followed by 5 sets of 5 reps of 75% max. They then complete leg presses, leg extensions, leg curls, and dumbbell deadlifts. Of course, Elvis cooks the recovery meal and they have a quick hot sauce dance party. Enjoy!
