Just an excerpt from today’s leg workout – 3rd month back to gym without falling back into inactivity. My max squat is 365 lbs. at the age of 18. Right now im just easing back into heavy squats after a few months of leg presses with only moderate weight. This is the final set of 4 sets for squats before moving onto the other 2 leg exercises, leg extensions and leg curls.
