Easy Jjangmyeon Recipe | How To Make Korean Black Bean Noodles at Home | Shrimp Jjajangmyeon Recipe

INGREDIENTS
1 to 1 1/2 lbs shrimp (I used cleaned jumbo shrimp)
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 tsp crushed ginger
2 tbsp mirin
1/2 tsp Korean red pepper powder
1/4 tsp to1/2 tsp salt
1 medium sized zucchini
1 carrot
1/2 large onion
8 oz pint Shitaki mushrooms (optional)
3 cups sliced cabbage (optional)
7 tbsp roasted black bean paste (adjust to your preference)
2 to 3 tbsp sugar (adjust to your preference)
16 oz chicken broth
1/3 cup cold water
1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
1 1/2 lbs fresh noodles
(Recipe makes 3 large servings or 4 smaller portions)
