Pear-Butternut Squash
INGREDIENTS
– 1 pear, peeled and cut
– 2 cups butternut squash, peeled and cut

DIRECTIONS
1) Boil one inch of water. Place steamer basket over. Place ingredients inside.

2) Cover with lid and cook until tender (about 10 minutes). You can also put squash in first and add pear later to avoid over cooking pear.

3) Transfer squash and pear to blender. Add about a 1/4 cup of liquid from pot. Puree, adding more liquid until desired consistency reached.

Spinach-Blackberry-Mango Recipes
INGREDIENTS
– 1 cup blueberries (frozen if out of season)
– 1-2 apples, peeled and cut
– 1.5 c spinach (washed)
– 1/4 c water

DIRECTIONS
1) Put blueberries, apples and water in saucepan. Simmer until apples are tender.

2) Add spinach and cook until just wilted.

3) Transfer everything (including excess liquid) to Baby Bullet (or blender).

4) Puree until smooth.
