Ingredients:
1 cup almonds
1 cup pistachio kernels
1 cup walnut
½ cup cashew nuts
½ cup pumpkin seeds
½ cup sesame seeds
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup Signature Market Wild King Honey
A pinch of salt
Lemon juice

Steps:
1. Roast all the nuts and seeds in a pan for around 5 minutes. Set it aside.
2. In an another pan, add in brown sugar, honey, salt and lemon juice. Heat the pan until it boils.
3. Pour the heated sauce into the nuts and mix it evenly under low heat for 2 min.
4. Place the parchment paper on the tray and spread the nuts evenly on the tray.
5. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
6. Cut the nuts in bar size & it is ready to serve.
