When it comes to Korean food, this is the ultimate side. You can’t think of Korean cuisine and not think of this spicy, sour, fermented superfood. In fact, the art of making Kimchi is passed down from mother to daughter often like the way “grandma’s homemade spaghetti sauce” is.
