OK so this isn’t a meal, but it’s an all organic tea that I have every night before bed. It hits the spot. I found this amazing satisfying recipe by accident and use it cause it tastes so good. I found ginger and pepper make turmeric much easier to absorb!
It’s main ingredient is Turmeric and Ginger [helps in absorption of the turmeric and also black pepper, lemon and stevia.
They say turmeric is good for inflammation and lots of things. For me I find it only works in it’s natural root form.
