Healthy High Protein Snack. Better than your average cookie this snack is super high in protein and fiber so it will keep you feeling full longer, which in turn helps with your weight loss goal. Also, keep these on had for healthy cheat nights, time of the month where we women crave chocolate or for long days out of the house where you can use quick protein options. 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/3 cup chocolate chips (use vegan chips if vegan)
2 scoops chocolate protein
1/4 cup raw organic honey
1 cup all natural almond butter
2-3 drops stevia

Simply mix everything together adding water as needed to form “dough”

Roll out and refrigerate until hard.
