Hey you guys & gals,
Finally filmed another meal prep for you guys and sorry it took so long! This is how I have been eating for the past month, but switching out my quinoa patties with oatmeal patties and pasta with brown rice, and switching up veggies combos! I found myself losing to much weight eating like this so I eat 3 snacks vs 2 now! Good luck to anyone on a journey, vegan or non vegan. You Got This!!
