Here’s the recipes:
((Almost every ingredient I buy is ALL NATURAL and ORGANIC!
I like to have a balanced diet of Protein, Healthy Fats and Complex Carbs.))

Apple Cider Vinegar w/ Water – to start day!
(Boost metabolism, de-bloats, flushes system.)

Strawberry Avocado Toast:
1 pc Toast
1 Tsp Almond Butter
1 Handful Spinach
2 Strawberries
1/2 Avocado
Pinch of Paprika
Drizzle of Fig Balsamic
(OBSESSED right now. The ultimate mix of flavors and textures! Crunchy, smooth, sweet, savory and a little spice. It’s my tastebuds favvv! Full of complex carbs for energy, protein and healthy fats!)

Peanut Butter Protein Shake:
1 Scoop Peanut Butter Vega Plant Based Protein
2 Tbsp PB FIT Peanut Butter Powder
1 Scoop Superfoods Greens
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
1/2 Frozen Banana
@ Scoops Ice
Almond Milk
Not Filmed: 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
(Full of protein, nutrients and delicious way to keep you full and start your day!)

Berries & PB Bowl:
Handful Raspberries
Handful Blueberries
Handful Blackberries
2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
Sprinkle Chia Seeds
Sprinkle Hemp Seeds
(Delicious natural sugars for energy mixed with hearty good fats and protein from the peanut butter! Top with chia and hemp for extra omega 3 fatty acids and protein!)

Avocado Quesadilla:
1 Spinach Tortilla
1/3 Avocado Mashed
1 Sprinkle Vegan Cheese
1 Tsp Salsa
(Great source of healthy fats, lean and tasty!)

Veggie Couscous Bowl:
1/2 Cup Couscous
Handful Onions
Handful Sweet Peppers
Handful Tomatoes
Handful Cucumbers
Squeeze of Lemon Juice
***recommended: add protein (tuna is so good!)
(Low in calories, full of complex carbs to keep you full, protein, rich in iron!)

Rice Cake:
Wheat Rice Cakes
1 tbsp Peanut Butter
Dash of Cinnamon
(Healthy source of fat, protein for after workout, low carbs and calories)

** make sure to drink lots of water! I drink a lot of citrus (lemon, lime, orange) with my water for a delicious spin and taste on it! ***

My Starbs Order:
Venti Unsweetened Iced Green Tea w/ 2 Agave
(Just the most refreshing and delicious drink IN THE WORLD)
