BREAKFAST:
β 2 x potatoes, roasted in olive oil, salt and nutritional yeast for approx 30 mins or until golden
β 1/2 block of Organic Village Chickpea Tempeh, baked in olive oil, salt and nutritional yeast for 10 minutes or until firm
Served with 1/2 and avocado and fried cherry tomatoes
LUNCH:
β 2 x cloves of garlic
β 1 x tin of tomatoes
β 2 x heaped tbsp tomato paste
β herbs and salt to flavours
Parmesan:
β 3/4 cup raw almonds
β 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
β pinch of salt
Sauce served with GF pasta
SNACK:
β Choc PB Brownie from The Cardamom Pod
DINNER:
β 1 frozen banana
β 1 packet of acai
β handful of frozen blueberries
β splash of plant mylk
Granola:
β 3/4 cup quinoa puffs
β 1/4 cup walnuts
β 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
β 1/4 cup chia seeds
β 1/4 cup flax seeds
β 1/4 cup cacao nibs
β 2 tbsp Sacred Earth Drinking Cacao
β 1/4 cup coconut oil
Acai served with choc granola, coyo, peanut butter, oranges and frozen strawberries
