1-Leg Skater Squats

I first watched this exercise when Ben Bruno started to push it as a great single leg strength exercise. It demands a ton of stabilization of the core and the knee. Make sure to keep your chest up at all times. Don’t use too heavy of dumbbells. They should only be used to counter balance your weight.
