Half-day training for a 117-mile combined Ultra Marathon/Endurance walk to raise money for CLIC Sargent -the children’s Cancer Charity a year after chemotherapy and getting the all-clear myself. Comprising 117-mile run Clapham Common- Edgware Road- Clapham Common followed by 1.5 hour gym circuit- Cardio- Weights- Abs.
