Hey friends!!!! Hope you all enjoy this solely glute focused workout! I go into detail about every exercise in this video so I hope that helps you all! The workout is down below so you all can try it out:))))

The Workout
Banded Warmup: 3 sets of 20 hip thrusts, 15 donkey kicks per leg, 15 fire hydrants per leg
Hip Thrusts: 5×10-12 reps
Sumo Deadlifts: 5×8-10 reps
Glute Pull-throughs: 4×12
Glute Pushdowns: 4x 10 toes out straight into 10 toes in on each leg
Abductors: 3x 10-15 on seat leaning forward, 10-15 leaning back, 20 off seat leaning forward
Stretch!!!!!
