Today we are doing a Coplet arm workout… Shoulders, biceps, triceps we are hitting it all! -Shoulder Circles x10 -Side Raises x10 -1 Arm Front Raise x10 -Shoulder Press 21’s -Bicep Curls 21’s -Hammer Curs 21’s -Tri Kick Backs 21’s *Rest :30 between each move and 1:00 between each round do 3 rounds.
