HOW TO GET 11 ABS LIKE A KPOP IDOL
Sharing my current ab workout routine that I’ve been doing at home to achieve the “11 abs” that so many kpop idols have ❤__❤
I try to do 2-3 sets of this routine 4-5 times a week.
– 1 minute plank
– 15 leg raises
– 15 raised leg crunches
– 15 side crunches (30 total)
– 15 bend extend ab tuck
– 30 second bicycle
– 30 knee to elbow plank
– 30 hip twists
