Glute Activation w/ Weighted Band
* Squats – 3 sets of 20
* Side steps – 3 sets of 20
* Side leg raises – 3 sets of 15
* Kickbacks – 3 sets of 15

Hip Thrusts Using the Leg Extension
* Keep going until you FEEL THE BURN! Push through with your heels. Do 3 sets

Hip Abduction
* Heavy weight and keep going until you FEEL THE BURN! Do 3 sets

Squats w/ Weighted Band
* 3 sets of 10

Cable Pull Throughs
* 3 sets of 10

Turned Leg Press Using One Leg
* 3 sets of 10
