Fuller House might be ending with season 5, but it seems like it’ll be all about beginnings. In the new trailer for the final season, things pick up where they previously left off with Stephanie Tanner (Jodie Sweetin) and Jimmy Gibbler (Adam Hagenbuch) welcoming a daughter via surrogate Kimmy Gibbler (Andrea Barber). Not only are Stephanie and Jimmy stepping into their new roles as parents, but they’re also preparing to wed!
Meanwhile, DJ Tanner (Candace Cameron-Bure) and Steve Hale (Scott Weinger) will continue to explore their relationship, which might also include Links”>wedding bells. As for Kimmy and her on-again, off-again beau Fernando Guerrero (Juan Pablo Di Pace), well, they’re still on-again, off-again. But through it all, the Fuller House squad — including Danny (Bob Saget), Uncle Jesse (John Stamos), and Joey (Dave Coulier) — will be there to help everyone navigate the ups and downs of life, love, and family.
Lori Loughlin, aka Aunt Becky, won’t make an appearance as she’s still facing charges in the college admissions scandal. It’s still unclear how the show will address her character’s absence, but we’ll find out soon enough when the series hits Netflix on Dec. 6.
