*Do every motion for 45 seconds with no relaxation between actions. At the top of Set 1, relaxation for 1-2 minutes, then start Set 2. Repeat Circuit Three-5 instances.

-Body Weight Squats (45 seconds)
-Reverse Lunges (45 seconds every leg)
-Side Squats (45 seconds)
-Burpee Blowout (45 seconds)
