1. Crunches Side to Side – 3 Sets of 30 Total Reps (15Each Side).
2. Knee Pull-Ins- 3 Sets of 25Reps
3. Lying Windshield Wipers – 3 Sets of 20 Reps (10Each Side).
4. Roller Wheels – 4 Sets of 25 Reps (100Total!).
5. Planks – 3 Sets, hold as looonnnggg as you can!
