Want to make some gains this winter for your legs and abs? Here is our workout to get them both:
-Hip thrusts: 12 reps of 4 sets
-Deadlifts: 10 reps of 3 sets
-Squats:8 reps of 2 sets
**Increase weight appropriately
Core workouts:
Dragon flags
Walking on air
Around the world — Perform each exercise for 10 reps of 2 sets each
