The Ultimate 10 Minute Ab Workout for Beginners!
Each move is done for 1 minute with 15 seconds of rest in-between. My socks made me slip so much during side crunches I almost laughed during the workout! Guess I won’t wear socks next time 😂 P.S. I made sure certain moves like the russian twists were done in a manner doable for a beginner since there are advance versions of that move. Hope you guys enjoy!
