Here is the Full Workout and I guarantee you will make great gains!
1) Back Squats – 1st set x 7 Reps| 2nd set x 7 Reps| 3rd set x 5 Reps| 4th set x 3 Reps *Increase weight after each set!!!
2) Front Squats – 1st set x 7 Reps| 2nd set x 5 Reps| 3rd set x 3 Reps| *Increase weight after each set!!!
3) Leg Press – 1st set x 7 Reps (ADD WEIGHT) 2nd set x 7 Reps (ADD WEIGHT) 3rd Set “Crazy Drop Set” Do 5 Reps then take some weight off and then do 7 Reps then take some weight off then do 9 Reps then take some weight off then do 15 Reps!!!!
4) Box Jumps – 1st set x 8 jumps| 2nd set x 6 jumps| 3rd set x 4 jumps| 4th set x 2 jumps. *Increase height after each set!!!
5) Barbell Walking Lunges – 3 sets x 20 steps (10 steps per leg)
6) Lying Leg Curl – 4 sets x 15 Reps
7) Calve Raise – 200 total Reps
