Can You Build Legs Without Squats, Bodybuilding Vlog. In this video I take you through a leg, shoulder, and tricep workout. I discuss a few topics along the way. One is, can you get big legs without squatting? I’m sure that you can, although it might not be the easier way, but in some cases it is absolutely necessary, for either injury reasons or otherwise. The second topic I discuss came from one of the comments below a video. The question was: can you just go heavy for compound exercises without going heavy on isolation exercises. So although there are no hard rules on any of this stuff because it depends on the individual, I give you some general rules to apply when using isolation exercises in your workouts.
