For these exercises all you’ll need is either a dip bar or a pull up bar for elevation to perform these exercises. Reps for each exercise is listed below. Repeat for as many sets as you can do, I recommend 3-4 sets.

1) Around the Worlds 10 reps
2) Air Sprints 10 reps
3) Side Knee Raises 10 reps
4) Flutter Kick Leg Raises 8 reps
5) Regular Leg Raises 10 reps
6) Reverse Crunches 20 reps
