This is a full length workout so you just have to follow what I’m doing
➞ Short on time to get in shape? This workout will fire up your glutes while also working your core in just 25 minutes – warmup & stretching included.
Workout structure:
10 second break between rounds, 20 second break between exercises
Warmup : side to side lunges – 7 reps per leg – 2 rounds
Exercise #1 : single leg tabletop bridge – 12 reps per leg – 3 rounds
20 sec break
Exercise #2 : modified donkey kicks – 12 reps per leg – 3 rounds
20 sec break
Exercise #3 : single leg deadlifts – 12 reps per leg – 3 rounds
20 sec break
Exercise #4 : lying hip abduction – 12 reps per leg – 3 rounds
20 sec break
Exercise #5 : lying reverse hyperextensions – 10 reps joint legs – 10 reps single leg – 3 rounds
Stretching : glutes – hamstrings – outer thighs – quads
