Today we will do another ab workout to get a flat belly. This abdominal exercise will work your entire abs: the upper, lower abs and obliques. We’ll do 3x sets each consisting of 10 reps.

To do this entire abs routine we will work the entire abdomen in three steps.

Lie on the floor, bend your knees and place your hands on the back of your neck.

Subsequently,

First: Touch your right elbow with your left leg.

Second: Touch your left elbow with your right leg.

And third: Raise your legs, straightening them as you lift your head at the same time.
