In this video I take you through a killer core workout that only takes 4 minutes, it’s going to go fast and it’s going to be challenging so grab a mat, some water, and lets do this!

Each exercise below performed for 25 seconds followed by a 5 second rest – repeated twice for a total of 4 minutes.

– Straight Leg Press Ups
– Lying Sprints
– Reverse Crunches
– Plank In & Outs
