I have included 5 of my favorite butt workouts (BARBELL HIP THRUST, ROMANIAN DEADLIFT, CABLE SQUAT, CABLE PULL THROUGH & BACK EXTENSIONS). Please use the weight suitable for you. You can use heavier or lighter depends on what your body can carry. You can also do more reps if you can but just be mindful that your body has limitations.
