In this bodyweight workout video for building leg strength and lower body mobiliity, Darrell Michnowicz leads you through a stacked, “pyramid” workout with high intensity reps of squats and complimentary core work.

This series of short, challenging, 15-minute bodyweight workouts use a pyramid rep scheme of ascending then descending number of reps per bodyweight exercise.

Using simple bodyweight movements, static holds and dynamic movements we will build strength and mobility. Dial up the intensity with more challenging static holds and a variety of new explosive movements. We also increase the volume of the max rep burnouts to test your endurance and maximize your muscle fatigue. Your entire body will be under stress for 15 minutes straight, building endurance and developing incredible muscular strength.

Darrell is a Los Angeles-based movement coach with a specialty in calisthenics and body weight training. He takes a simple approach with his teaching by breaking down familiar movement so they become more feasible and by creating easy-to-follow programming
