Workout:
Deadlift 4×8
Giant set: Box squat 4×10, Pulse golbet squat 4×20, Abductor machine 4×12
Superset: Bulgarian split squat 3×10, Curtsey lunge 3×10
Giant set: Leg cul 3×10, Glute ham raise 3×15, Good morning pulses 3×20
Finisher: Smith machine jump squats 4×10, Decline twist situps 4×10, Kettlebell swings 4×20, Leg raises with dumbbell 4×25
