The Routine
Deadlifts (sumo or conventional)- 6 sets (4 sets of 8-10 reps; 2 sets of 2-4 reps)
Leg Press- 4 sets of 12-15 reps
Step Ups- 4 sets of 12 reps (each leg)
Stiff Legs- 4 sets of 12 reps
Lying Leg Curl- 6 sets of 12 reps
(this gym doesn’t have a seated or standing leg curl, so we did 6 sets of lying leg curls to get a good amount of volume in the hamstrings.)
