Chicken Salad is a classic summertime dish that can be served in many ways. It is also a great way to use up leftovers from the previous night’s dinner.

This recipe makes three different variations of chicken salad, each with their own unique flavor combinations. The first variation is a classic chicken salad made with mayonnaise and celery, the second variation uses honey mustard for the dressing and includes apples, and finally there is the third variation that uses curry powder for the dressing and includes raisins.

This recipe is a classic summer dish that can be made in many different ways. Here are three easy and delicious ways to make your own Chicken Salad.

The first way is to make a homemade mayonnaise dressing by whisking together an egg, some lemon juice, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Add the chicken and mix well with the dressing until it’s coated in the mixture. Then add celery, onion, carrots, parsley or dill if you want to add some fresh herbs as well.

The second way is to use store bought mayonnaise dressing instead of making your own. Whisk together 1/2 cup of mayonnaise with 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard and 2 teaspoons of honey. Add the chicken and mix well with the dressing until it’s coated
