Vegan Graham Crackers

FYI these are not a crunchy consistency. They do have a chew to them that we all LOVE! If you want them crunchy then just bake for extra time. I would do it in 5 min increments.
Here is what I used and my modifications:
1 1/2 C whole wheat pastry flour
1/3 C organic coconut sugar
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t cinnamon
3 T organic apple sauce
1/2 t vanilla extract
1/4 – 1/3 C almond milk
Bake at 350 for 15 min.
