SALSAS LOCAS:

1. MANGA LOCA

INGREDIENTS:

– 1/4 medium Onion
– 1 small bunch Parsley
– 1/4 red Pepper
– 1 Mango
– 1 tsp Lemon juice or Lime juice
– Salt to taste

PROCEDURE:

– Cut all the ingredientes small.
– Put all in a bowl and mix well.
– Season to taste.

2. PIÑA LOCA

INGREDIENTS:

– 1 small bunch Parsley
– 1/4 red Pepper
– 1/4 medium Onion
– 1/2 Pineapple
– 1 tsp Lemon juice or Lime juice
– Salt to taste

PROCEDURE:

– Cut all the ingredientes small.
– Put all in a bowl and mix well.
– Season to taste.

3. GUACAMOLE

INGREDIENTS:

– 1/4 red Pepper
– 1 small bunch Parsley
– 1 small bunch Coriander
– 1/4 medium Onion
– 1 big Avocado
– 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
– 1 tsp Lemon juice or Lime juice
– Salt to taste

PROCEDURE:

– Cut all the ingredientes small.
– Smash the avocado with a fork.
– Put all in a bowl and mix well.
– Season to taste.
